- Jena lenn Review added: 2018.09.09★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been with this doctors for a few years, and at first my experience was great.However over the last 5 months they have managed to royally screw up my prescription at every possible convenience. Including loosing my prescription and not telling me, not signing my prescription so i had to chase it from the pharmacy and back to the doctors and writing one days worth of pills to last me over a week. There appears to be NO contact between the reception staff once their shift has ended which means i'm constantly ringing up to chase yesterdays query. Please introduce a more sustainable way of dealing with prescriptions especially ones relating to mental health where a patient may rely on these tablets for living.
